Store Policies
- Please note that NO PETS are allowed in store. Service Animals must be clearly marked.
- Returns accepted within 7 days for plants (Annuals, Perennials, Tropicals, Vegetables), and 30 days for hard good, non-perishable items. Must have receipt and meet the following requirements:
• Plants must not have been planted and must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• Plants cannot be returned in the incorrect container, cannot be broken or damaged plants, or unsaleable plants.
• We are not responsible for Frost, Freeze, or Cold Damage, acts of God, droughts, lack of watering, neglect, or pest damage.
- All Sales Final on clearance items.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form used for purchase.
- Manager has right to refuse return for any reason.
